Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and can be sensitive to heat. They may melt in temperatures over 70°F (21°C) or with direct sunlight exposure. To prevent this, consider choosing faster shipping options like UPS to minimize time in hot warehouses and transit.
Please check your local weather before ordering, as we are not responsible for melting during delivery. If temperatures are expected to be too high, you may want to wait for cooler conditions or consider a body oil instead to ensure the best product experience.
PERFUMES CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED GROUND VIA USPS TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SHIPPING POLICIES. ONLY BODY CARE AND NON-ALCOHOL BASED PERFUMES CAN BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY.

1. Are all items ready to ship?
Yes! All in-stock items are ready to ship. We process and ship orders daily, with a turnaround time of 2 -4 business days(excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Can I return or get a refund for my order?
We currently do not offer refunds or returns. Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout. I encourage you to explore sample packs if you are unsure about a scent or are new to our company.We are no longer able to offer refunds due to scent strength or preferences.
3. Can I use a coupon on my order?
Absolutely! Please make sure to apply your coupon at checkout, as we cannot adjust orders after they are placed.
4. What if there is an issue with my order?

FAQ: Shipping, Insurance, and Returns
Do orders come with insurance?
Yes! All orders include $100 insurance coverage through the carrier. If your package is lost during transit, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation. You also have the option to add GUIDE protection at checkout for an affordable and worry free protection plan. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items, and all claims must be handled directly with the carrier. If your packages over $100 I highly recommend adding the additional insurance option at checkout.
What if I receive a faulty item?
If you believe you received a faulty or damaged item, please take clear pictures of the item and email them to us immediately.Do not throw the item away—we cannot process a replacement or refund without photo proof. We are not responsible for how you store and handle your products after they arrive. Oils and butters should be kept out of direct sunlight and heat.
Do you accept returns for items purchased through resellers?
